Questrom Course/Instructor Evaluation Activation Form

As of Fall 2023, Questrom course evaluations are conducted using the evaluation tool Blue. The system will activate your evaluation(s) automatically prior to the end of the course but Questrom faculty are strongly encouraged to continue to complete course evaluations during your final class. Log in to Blackboard to view and complete your open evaluations. Technical support is available at ithelp@bu.edu.
