Diane J. Levin is a dispute resolution professional and attorney. A mediator since 1995, Levin has assisted clients negotiate settlement in tort, employment, real estate, business, and probate matters, and serves on numerous mediation panels, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Levin has taught negotiation and dispute resolution to thousands of people in corporate, institutional, and governmental settings, for such clients as Coca-Cola Enterprises, Bose Corporation, the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and state and federal agencies, including USAID. She also provides coaching and consulting services to professionals and entrepreneurs in the areas of salary, employment, and business negotiations. As a recognized authority on dispute resolution, Levin serves as a technical advisor to global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc., and contributes to numerous online and print publications, including Lawyers Weekly, ABA Dispute Resolution Magazine, and Kluwer Law International. Levin has served on or been appointed to numerous boards, including the Massachusetts Trial Court Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution and the Association for Conflict Resolutionís New England Chapter as an officer, and recently served as chair of the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution Mediator Quality Improvement Committee.
