    Service to the School:

      QST, Operations & Technology Management Department, Course Coordinator. (January 1, 2015 - Present).
      The administrative responsibilities associated with running this large course include, but are not limited to: Teaching Assistants: managing and supervising the team of Teaching Assistants, which includes supervising the hiring process; maintaining communication throughout the semester regarding assignments, curriculum changes, payment forms, and student issues; coordinating mentoring; and addressing scheduling and general management. Friday Workshops: work closely with Faculty Director and/or Head TA to help develop team-building curriculum for TAs to teach in Friday workshops; training TAs on Friday curriculum; lead point person on Team Learning Assistant software for team feedback. Exam administration: including, but not limited to, proofreading the exam, ensuring adequate copies, helping to collate the copies by color, securing scantron sheets, reserving multiple auditoriums and classrooms throughout campus to accommodate large numbers of students, assigning and organizing SM 131 faculty and TAs to proctor each exam location. o Post-exam: organize and schedule TAs to run the scantron machine to correct the exams, organize exams by section for delivery back to faculty, work with Faculty Director to establish a curve to ensure compliance with required grading guidelines. Faculty Interface and Management: coordinate all SM 131 faculty meetings, work with Faculty Director to establish agendas for the meetings, maintain communication with faculty throughout the semester regarding student issues, class updates, any date changes. Student Interface: point person for student communication for issues such as scheduling, make-up exams, waiting lists, team issues, and general student emails. IT Interface: coordinate recording of lectures and team presentations, Poll Anywhere attendance polling user issues. Work with Faculty Director: to establish due dates for students assignments and overview of dates on the syllabus to ensure consistent workload for students and faculty. Manage administration of Team Learning Assistant, used in class several times during the semester as a team feedback platform.
