I'm currently in my second year, specialising in the quantitative marketing track. I am broadly interested in the digital economy, particularly the evolution of the sharing economy and reputation systems. My current project (with Prof. Georgios Zervas and Prof. Chrysanthos Dellarocas) involves user generated content in the form of reviews/Q&As and how these might interact and influence purchase decisions.
I have worked previously as a research associate in the Social Informatics Research Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (https://www.iimcal.ac.in/faculty/centers-of-excellence/social-informatics-research-group), where I worked on web-based virtual communities and how they can be mobilised to build social capital through on-line education. I have also worked on social media based knowledge management promoting social inclusion through digital inclusion.
