Rachel Dreilinger joined Questrom in July 2015 as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Coaching. She completed her B.A. at The George Washington University in Psychology, and her M.A. and Ed.M. in Counseling at Columbia University Teachers College. Most recently, Rachel was at Brandeis' Graduate School of Arts and Sciences where she worked in Career Services. In her role at Questrom, Rachel supports undergraduate students in conducting self-assessment, writing and editing documents, improving interviewing skills, and making professional connections. With a counseling background, she offers a comfortable and welcoming presence, and views career coaching in a holistic manner by exploring the bigger picture. When not working you can find Rachel playing trivia, cooking, going to stand-up comedy shows, in Cape Cod, or trying to improve her knitting skills so she can finally move beyond hats.
