Login Issues

We are sorry that the user information you entered could not be found in our system. This usually happens for one of two reasons:

  1. The username or password was mistyped.

    Use your Kerberos name and password, the ones you use to get into your BU email or The Link. You can try to login again this page.

  2. Your Active Directory (AD) account has not been activated.

    When you activate your AD account, you establish your identity on the Questrom network and gain access to multiple Questrom network resources.

    Activate your AD account now.

If you still cannot log in, please visit the ITS Helpdesk in room 342 of the Rafik B. Hariri building.
